"Circus of events" @ 1:32 AM
what a looong day.. from nine in the morning, all the way until eleven at night! argh! I had three big things to do:
"Attend prize giving ceremony",
"Attend Graduates Tea '08",
"Go to Expo for Nisfu Syaaban"well, guess what's up first? the "8 Minutes" prize ceremony!! knowing that our video somehow got selected *thank god* (and erny was nominated for best actress!), the two people whom were initially eager to visit the show become six.. lol! initially it was hakim and me lar, but turned out the rest wanted to come along, because of that nomination.. haha!
Hakim and me went ahead to cineleisure first.. the rest came later. haha, every one of us were dressed like some movie stars!! and after some picture taking (still waiting for farhan! pictures!) we all headed in to the theatre.. only to my surprise that i saw raudah.. and then ustaz! ustaz ni, yang tengah ajar kita sekarang! (alamak, lupa nama, haha) The whole theatre was fully booked, fully seated, and behind our group was this group of girls hakim teased me about last time.. lol..
So the ceremony began, showing lots of video clips by award nominees.. ustaz's group, representing Masjid Ghufran, won the "Golden Croc Shoe" award, huge congratulations to them!
Erny, our ILPBIDRC member had clips of her from our video, "Casette" shown on the big screen.. and later she stepped up to receive her award for "Best Actress"! well done and major congratulations to her.. just don't forget to treat us with the money won, k? :P oh oh, right now i can't display the video becos i do not have it.. i will upload it soon. insyaAllah.
After the event, hakim headed for his archery practice (supposedly will come halfway during the talk) while i headed for city hall, hoping to attend the "Graduates Tea '08" by MENDAKICLUB on time! argh! well, i was running damn late.. like so late, and i was alone!! double argh!! the talks were held by four excellent speakers, especially one of them whom my mom said is abang seset's best friend! ish.. haha. they were inspiring, though i really can't remember much what they spoke about.. oops! probably should have written down.. triple argh!!! oh, oh! guess wad! I met brother Hafiz and Mohksin there! y'know, from SAFF?! hehe.. surprising seh! so in the end i wasn't really alone, but still alone (get it?! haha!) becos they were at the special guests table. until this guy approached me, who happened to be my TP schoolmate!
ish, i was so disappointed with myself.. i forget so many names! but anyway, i still recognise his face.. haha. so we both attended the 'further studies' sub forum, and listen seriously to the speakers. And afterthat, we went off.. for hakim, well.. he told me to just meet up at Expo for Nisfu Syaaban. talk about being extremely late.. lol! i couldn't find abang lee so i had to sit alone *again*.. hakim did come in the end though. and so, blah blah, and we went home separately, and shagged.. hua hua
