"Many camps, Hari Raya! JSXP Day 1 - 2" @ 4:19 PM
I'm not in the correct mood to blog now, but I know its been long. Many camps had passed, & under that policy I created that time that I have to blog every now and then.. I forgot. Every blog entry is part of my memory. Recently, I've had two camps: KNCT Japanese eXchange and October Orientation Camp. Well since the Jap Exchange came first I'll come into it now. Pictures to be added along once I regain my mood.
KNCT Japanese ExchangeA four day programme. Roughly a week has passed since that event. Its not really a camp but I prefer to call it one. Many things happened and emotions flew thru; happy, sad, patience, and hunger. Hunger for muslims! haha.
Day 1/IchiThe day our paths crossed. We got to sch very early. By 8am we already need to be there! And we were given our first briefing for the programme. Me, Nick, Hafiz and JJ sat and laughed together.. we're very excited! All of the mentors stood outside the LT, as we welcomed the Japanese one by one. Ohayou! OHAYOU! haha, so fun!
I was called in to be with my Japanese partner; I entered.. and I sat bside him. He was called - Takumi. Woah, talk about fate. Within a few minutes of introduction we were already enjoying ourselves. I remembered clearly what he said. Big dick, big boob! And I was like 'huh?! wada hell!' haha. We listened to their sensei Matsumoto as he talked. It was later announced Peter, Felicia and Simon's partners, Hito, Fumiya, & Nobu-san were part of group-ichi, with Takumi-san.
It was lunctime! All of them were sent outside to have a buffet. Alamak.. wrong time la. How I wish I could eat them but I couldnt; bros I'm fasting la. So I served all of them and watch them eat. It wasnt easy, but I managed. They were like 'so hot!!!' haha. They aren't exposed to spicy food back in Japan anyway. Takumi brought me back into the LT for a short while and showed him his toy. I forgot what its called, but he was damn good at it.
So later more boring talks were held. One is about job availability; about to find jobs and such. It was meant for all of us, japanese included. I nearly fell asleep listening. After some time, we're all brought out again; this time, to show them our singaporean culture! There was the malay, chinese and indian culture. I brought Takumi to each station, but he most enjoyed the food part. haha. He's damn hungry, I guess. After a while, when we got slightly bored, I showed him the song in my hp: Ai no Tameni! He immediately recognised the song. haha!
Then back to LT, in turn, they introduced us their cultures. From Judo to Kendo to Japanese Archery (and many more).. fun! And scary. They look so serious in doing the stunts and I was like sitting at the front seat! Then Takumi also did something. Never did I knew that the toy he showed me earlier was also part of the Japan culture! He showed us his skills. amazing! And he gave out the toys to all of us singaporeans. We're so touched, all of us started playing with it. Of cos it took me a while to play cos it wasn't easy. Afterthat we're brought to play soccer and basketball. Takumi played basketball while I played soccer with the rest. The Japanese soccer players.. they're seriously fucking good at it. They can juggle the ball well too! It was tiring as I was fasting but I really did my best.. well worth the effort.
Then afterthat it was time for all of us to dance the TP tradition: mass dance! And guess what? They're really good. They got the steps so fast, much faster than us Singaporeans who used to struggle to learn them during camps back then. We danced alot until probably my legs get cut off; super tiring! Afterthat with the chicken dance.. haha.
Then back to the LT.. Gori, the class rep, presented the kendo sticks to Max, one of the camp commanders. Long day but memorable! We're then brought back to the LT for debrief. And day one ends.

She's been picked up. Haha, she has a boyfriend. Awwwwwwww
Hey what am I even thinking?! She's overseas, where am I? Singapore. Oh well, usual routine farhan. Yup, I know you know. Its time to move on! hahaha.
Its funny that when we talked she suddenly said she has a boyfriend. Maybe she's thinking that I'm trying to give her hints? (When I'm not really doing that) Oh well, that's that, I guess its time to move onnn.
