So much for the 'Singapore is easy meat.' Look at the scoreline, and we almost nicked in a goal if not for the kayu linseman. Don't even look down on us; you can't even beat our best keeper, Lionel Lewis.
China, you have lousy actors. That number 13, fuck him. Getting 'injured' just to get one of our players a yellow card. And then when being stretchered out of the field he's suddenly strong and mighty. You call that national pride? I call that bullshit. He deserved to be booed throughout the match.
Want to know what deserves a red card? Its that fucking guy who elbowed one of our players in the second half. Its a blatant red card, it was a straight elbow to the face. Screw the referee decisions; he looks pressured by the china players. And congratulations to Jiayi for getting a red card. It really matches your shirt huh, lol.
Yes both Singapore and China teams do dive. In fact, in every team in this world there will always be someone who dives. But the fact is, they all are lousy actors, and so you see them getting caught by the referee easily. That's why you don't see alot of China movies anyway.
And I read in someone's blog's hate comments about china having national pride. The China supporters came over to the Gallery side of the stadium (where most of the Singapore supporters are) and taunt us with a 'fuck you.' You call that 'national pride'? I call it plain stupid.
To be honest, we knew that our midfield is bad. Our set pieces were wrong, so its hard to link up our attack. But at least our attack is okay (but not good enough) and our defense is on par. Not to mention having Lionel Lewis, player of the year for the recent Tiger Cup. China's defense and midfield were good, but their attack... cannot make it, Hah.
Overall, China is truly pwned for thinking that we're easy meat. Just because they qualified for WC and we don't... lol. Oh and for this whole trip I went with izan.. really had fun out there in the Gallery, Singaporeans were all united, cheering for our home team. Oh, and reading from a forum I regularly visit, it seemed that a few koreans & japanese were watching the match from the Gallery too.
The Japanese were cheering 'China bakayaro!' Which means, stupid China. Lol.. this really made my day.
